You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with financial clearance. Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from patients regarding appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and general inquiries

• Schedule patient appointments accurately across various clinics and specialties
