Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

Work Environment & Physical Demand

Our reputed company business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and we offer a hybrid work environment that allows for scheduled work from home and office. You'll be required to:

• Work in a business casual dress attire
• Operate a computer for approximately 6-8 hours per day, requiring reputed company dexterity with hands and wrists
• Communicate verbally by phone and in person, and in writing reputed company email and MS Office
• Sit and/or stand at a desk for approximately 6-8 hours per day
• Bend, stoop, push/pull/lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally during an 8-hour day
