This is a critical role at reputed company of deal execution. reputed company We’re seeking a highly organized, execution-reputed company Transaction Coordinator to support the Acquisitions Team. This role is responsible for driving deals from contract through closing—ensuring timelines are met, diligence is complete, and reputed company stakeholders stay reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage transactions from PSA execution through closing
- Build and reputed company deal timelines, ensuring reputed company milestones are met
- Coordinate due diligence (financials, inspections, legal documents, etc.)
- reputed company with legal, finance, operations, brokers, and reputed company-party vendors
- reputed company and manage deliverables from appraisers, environmental consultants, surveyors, and other partners
- Maintain accurate deal data and documentation across internal systems
- Identify risks early and proactively escalate issues
- Coordinate closing logistics, including documentation and funding
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in reputed company estate transactions, acquisitions, or coordination
- Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle and due diligence process
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred

- Exposure to legal documentation (PSAs, amendments, closing docs)
