[Remote] Sales Director (Texas)

The Sales Director (SD) role combines sales activities and team management, responsible for growing and training reputed company of Account Executives while leading sales efforts in Texas.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and mentor reputed company of Account Executives
- Managing and leading reputed company of 4-8 Account Executives (reputed company)
- 1:1 weekly meetings with reputed company to upskill, reputed company and mentor as needed
- reputed company potential clients on reputed company, alongside AE team both in-person and reputed company
- reputed company several sales enablement and operations tools (i.e. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company etc.) to uncover actionable insights that improve team performance
- Travel with Account Executives to support them in growing their existing business and closing new business from agencies and brands
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed to improve processes and reputed company feedback that contributes to the overall reputed company of the business
Skills
- 3-5 years experience as an AE at a similar organization followed by 3+ years of experience as a sales manager
- Excellent understanding of programmatic media strategies, agency/brand's media buying process and the competitive landscape reputed company the digital advertising ecosystem
- Proven experience in leading and executing change management initiatives, including leading the adoption of new sales strategies, technologies, and processes, while effectively managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring minimal disruption to sales performance
- Successful reputed company record selling into agencies and brands as an individual contributor at a DSP (or other ad platform)
