The individual will drive fundraising strategies, build and maintain relationships with donors, identify and reputed company new funding opportunities, and craft compelling grant proposals. The role includes overseeing donor engagement, managing campaigns, ensuring transparency in reporting fund usage, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to reputed company fundraising efforts with organizational goals. Qualifications
- Proven expertise in donor relations, fundraising, and donor cultivation strategies
- Experience in grant writing, financial reporting, and compliance with donor requirements
- Strong presentation, networking, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify and secure new funding streams and build sustainable partnerships
- Proficiency in CRM tools and fundraising software
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to meet and reputed company reputed company targets
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to engage donors and stakeholders
