Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. Your primary goal will be to reputed company technical support, manage customer accounts, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies. You'll also be expected to:

Compensation and Benefits
