We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to reputed company members in the State of Iowa. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for delivering high-reputed company customer service, resolving issues, and providing accurate information to our clients. Responsibilities

• Accurately document enrollment requests and status changes
• reputed company application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone
• Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in the Iowa Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies

Requirements

* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and reputed company monitoring processes
