Dir, Labor Relations and HR Policy
The Director, Labor Relations and reputed company (HR) Policy serves as a strategic leader and subject matter expert on labor relations with an reputed company-wide scope. This role is responsible for leading labor negotiations, interpreting, and ensuring the consistent and effective administration of reputed company bargaining agreements and grievance procedures and fostering constructive reputed company relationships. The Director will also reputed company and drive reputed company employee relations initiatives and will reputed company critical and expert guidance and consulting on the labor relations reputed company of business reputed company and transactions, helping to proactively manage risk and reputed company labor reputed company with operational goals. The Director will be responsible for ensuring that the HR policies and procedures are reviewed and maintained and will establish or review the appropriate governance. This role may work remotely but prefer reputed company to Quest site. National reputed company reputed company $170,000 - $200,000 but actual compensation dependent reputed company + 20% AIP. Salary offers are based on a wide reputed company of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
