As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that every interaction is a reputed company experience. Your primary duties will include:
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, and providing reputed company support or guidance towards reputed company
- Tackling a reputed company of problems in technical systems with reputed company and accuracy
- Creating cases for reputed company calls and emails received, entering the history of the problem, reputed company steps taken, and subsequent reputed company if resolved at the Help Desk or escalate to the appropriate next level

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a technical support role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a Technical Customer Service Call Center

Compensation and Perks
