As a Customer Research Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing robust customer research initiatives to reputed company valuable insights on customer values, attitudes, and preferences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer insights are effectively incorporated into brand strategies and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

* Execute primary research initiatives, including writing briefs, programming surveys, moderating research engagements, synthesizing actions/recommendations, and delivering concise/impactful written reports

• Influence business actions based on customer insights synthesized from primary and secondary research
• Collaborate with cross-functional analytics and insights teams to bring the holistic customer narrative to life for internal business stakeholders
• Contribute to the ongoing reputed company of the Customer Insights discipline at arenaflex, especially as it relates to learning about and strategically implementing new research technologies and techniques
• Additional responsibilities may include research community management, project management, reputed company, report cataloguing, brand health tracking, etc.

What Do You Need to Bring?

* 4-year college degree or equivalent experience

• 4-5 years in a customer/marketing research, analytics, or other reputed company role
• 2+ years of experience conducting primary quant and qual research utilizing research communities/panels, survey platforms (e.g., reputed company, Alchemer), and MS Office programs (e.g., reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Methodological expertise and reputed company with the ability and passion to implement research best practices to tell a cohesive and actionable story
• Experience conducting advanced quantitative methodologies such as segmentation, Max/Diff, Conjoint, longitudinal brand tracking, and comfortable moderating qualitative engagements such as reputed company reputed company and IDIs
