We're seeking an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Braselton, GA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our reputed company product offerings and providing accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
