As a Field Service Manager for Mobility Customer Service, you'll be responsible for leading reputed company of technical support specialists to deliver exceptional service to our customers in the rail industry. You'll work closely with our project managers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our technical support and spares agreements (TSSSA) are met, and that our customers' operational goals are reputed company with our own. You'll also be responsible for developing and implementing reputed company improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical field of study preferred (or equivalent experience)
- A minimum of three years of comparable work experience in maintenance management reputed company the rail industry
- Experience in running and leading multi-functional teams in a rail environment
- Detailed technical knowledge, theoretical and practical operation of the system and components of rolling stock vehicles
- Solid understanding of maintenance management, familiarity with the locomotive industry, equipment, terminology, and regulatory obligations
- Demonstrated leadership, ability, and initiative

Compensation and Benefits
