As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients and their customers. You'll be responsible for responding to member and provider inquiries, resolving basic problems, and maintaining performance and reputed company standards based on established contact center metrics. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to member and provider calls in a reputed company and accurate manner
- Receive and respond to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns
- Mitigate and prevent complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact
- Serve as the reputed company-line reputed company reputed company on various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns
- Resolve basic problems by communicating the requested information regarding the assessment of the member or provider needs, understanding the cause, and determining if problems need to be routed to other departments for reputed company reputed company

- Inbound and outbound call experience

- Call Center Representative experience
- Customer service skills, including a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Computer literate with experience using CRM applications

- High School Diploma or equivalent
