We're seeking an reputed company Specimen Handling & Data Entry Technician to join our Laboratory Operations team in Indianapolis, IN. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for preparing batches of samples by receiving and sorting urine and oral fluid specimens at your assigned work station. You'll also be responsible for reading and scanning chain of custody forms, ordering applicable tests in the system, and applying barcoded labels to ensure samples are reputed company for the testing process.

Key Responsibilities

- Performs routine operations including the opening of sample bags, creating accessions and batches, ordering reputed company test(s), and applying bar reputed company labels. - Scans Chain of Custody (CoC) forms, ensuring reputed company orientation and reproducible documents. - Determines if reputed company aliquot achieved; may be required to hand pour aliquots using bulb pipettes. - Separates out samples that require additional attention. - Keys in reputed company and donor information, noting any deficiencies after being signed off for the operation by reputed company reputed company. - May reputed company additional duties, including transporting batches to other departments, placing or pulling samples from freezer storage, while assuring reputed company chain of custody. - Follows reputed company laboratory policies and procedures; adheres to reputed company health and safety standards. - reputed company other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
