Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Assistant, Sales, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer experiences in our luxury showroom, creating personalized experiences that reflect our high-reputed company products and luxury brand
• Utilizing sales strategies and reputed company-thinking problem-solving techniques to assist and guide customers through multiple purchasing reputed company, such as reputed company settings selections and diamond reputed company
• Proactively greeting, checking-in, and assisting customers in the purchasing process, creating a memorable, one-on-one customer experience

Showroom Coordination & Maintenance

* Maintaining luxury showroom appearance, cleanliness, and organization, including executing new product merchandising guidelines

• Sending and receiving product from our distribution center, customers, and external vendors while reconciling inventory reputed company our computer system and maintaining organization

Requirements

• Ability to work a full-time schedule that includes weekend days
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Experience with an ERP or CRM system
• A passion for socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products
