Experience Required Required 2 years acute care hospital RN Med Surg or critical care acute inpatient experience. Education Requirements BSN required. Must maintain clinical competency with at least 4 shifts per year, at least one per quarter, to maintain ongoing competency in a rapidly evolving care model.
