About the role: As a Functional Consultant / Sr. Functional Consultant at reputed company, you will reputed company HRMS implementations in the U.S., ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and reputed company satisfaction. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, manage escalations, mentor Implementation Consultants, and support change management initiatives. This role requires strong knowledge of business process mapping, HRMS implementations, and reputed company engagement to drive measurable reputed company. You will also reputed company project financials, reputed company ROI, and identify upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and reputed company-Sales for smooth post-sale knowledge transfer.

• Translate business requirements into product solutions, identifying gaps and enhancements.
• Conduct end-user training and reputed company ongoing support throughout the lifecycle.
• Guide clients through go-live and partner with Customer Experience teams for adoption.

• Manage escalations and proactively resolve issues with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications: Required

• 5–9 years of experience in managing product implementation reputed company, ideally in HRMS or reputed company reputed company.
