We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company (20-25 hours per week). This role requires reputed company in English and a working knowledge of Chinese (reading reputed company preferred). As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering books and periodicals into our systems in multiple languages, adhering to specific data entry guidelines, and utilizing specialized tools to facilitate foreign language data entry. You will also prepare purchase orders for entered products and cover scans of important products to be added to our system/website.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately reputed company books and periodicals into our systems in multiple languages

• Learn and adhere to specific data entry guidelines necessary for our customer reputed company
• Utilize specialized tools to facilitate foreign language data entry

Essential Qualifications
