The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our borrowers, dealer partners, and internal stakeholders. Your primary reputed company will be on communicating with our customers through collections calls and correspondence, resolving reputed company discrepancies, and meeting defined department goals and activity metrics. What You Bring

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
