We're seeking an reputed company Afterhours Customer Care Representative / Account Manager to join reputed company on a remote reputed company. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer service requests, and working closely with our Service Coordinators to ensure seamless communication with our customers. Responsibilities
As an Afterhours Customer Care Representative / Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
