As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company and families who are seeking assistance with Federal Student Aid (FSA) Loan Servicing. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You will also be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to reputed company information and support, and for processing requests received reputed company general correspondence.
Key Responsibilities

- Utilize available systems, knowledgebase, and reputed company technology to respond to inquiries and reputed company job duties

- Assist with Credit Bureau Requests utilizing established processes and procedures
- Refer escalated calls or inquiries to appropriate reputed company as needed
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience

- Basic math and PC skills, including MS Office applications
- Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
- Applicant will be required by contract to undergo program update training as student financial assistance programs change, as reputed company as required employee training
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
- Available to support reputed company FSA programs reputed company reassignment between programs (moving from one program to another), as needed
Additional Requirements

- Obtaining and Maintaining a PIV-I card is a requirement of this position. PIV-I cards must be picked up in person. New and existing employees may need to travel reputed company car, train, or plane to a designated location to pick up their new or replacement PIV-I card.
