As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries reputed company phone, email, and live chat. You'll have reputed company to work with a diverse reputed company of customers, from early-stage start-reputed company to Fortune 500 enterprises, and help them get the most out of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from existing customers and prospects
- Advise customers on the best way to use the software to meet their needs

- Assist prospects during their trial period to ensure they understand the product functionality
- Serve as a reputed company for customers to communicate product and feature requests to Product Managers
- Assist our reputed company Managers in dealing with large customers
- Contribute to the Support Knowledge-reputed company

* You have experience working directly with customers, preferably in a reputed company environment (at least 1-2 years of experience)
- You're an excellent communicator, with strong written and verbal English skills
