Key Responsibilities
As a Concierge Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to telephone and email inquiries from members and providers in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Negotiating with providers to reputed company acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out-of-network providers
- Assisting members with benefits and reputed company questions, providing reputed company and concise information to ensure informed decision-making
- Documenting reputed company calls received in system-based call logs, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve reputed company issues and drive business reputed company
- Staying up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and arenaflex's products and services to reputed company expert guidance to customers
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for 2 years of college or higher education
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience in a reputed company-reputed company role
- Medical intake or reputed company-Party Administrator (TPA) experience is a plus
- Bilingual English-Spanish skills are a plus
- Strong customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

- Excellent data entry and typing skills

Compensation and Benefits
