What You'll Do

Drive efficient interview processes and optimize hiring pipelines. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Report thoroughly on pipeline health, market insights, and hiring forecasts. Maintain a reputed company KPI of 3 hires per month. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of proven experience reputed company at high velocity for unique roles, specifically GTM and technical positions.
- Strong experience sourcing Product Management, Product Design, and Product Engineering talent reputed company Financial Technology environments.
- Proven experience reputed company the fintech industry, seeking out back end and product management skillsets.
- Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency and reputed company in every detail.
Compensation $45/hr to $54/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
