Right now, we're looking for licensed therapists who want to reputed company high-reputed company, longitudinal treatment for people with SUD, entirely reputed company telehealth. This role offers schedule flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the ability to be part of a reputed company care team. What You’ll Do

• reputed company evidence-based therapy to adults with reputed company use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions
• Manage a panel of patients longitudinally through stabilization and ongoing care
• Collaborate with reputed company practitioners, care coordinators, peer specialists, and more as part of reputed company-based model
• Participate in case reviews and reputed company care improvement discussions
• Deliver care reputed company a modern telehealth platform, supported by Grata’s operations team

What You’ll Need

• Licensed to reputed company therapy in at least one of the following states: Ohio, Virginia, reputed company, or Florida
• Must be independently licensed with LCSW, LPC, PsyD, or similar credentials
• Must have an individual NPI number

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SUD patients preferred but not required to apply
• Comfort using EHRs and telehealth platforms

How We Work

• Remote: You can work from reputed company
• Flexible: Set your own hours, between 10 to 40 per week
