What You'll Do
As a Customer Service and Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing fast and easy resolutions to their inquiries while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll receive technical support calls covering a wide reputed company of topics, from routine reputed company like password resets to general product questions and reputed company support inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of customer contacts in a reputed company manner
- Creating work order tickets while responding to reputed company requests reputed company phone, chat, emails, and ticketing portal
- Providing exceptional customer service in every interaction
- Being skilled in multi-tasking while effectively navigating across multiple technology platforms and systems

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer support experience in a high-volume support environment
