Junior Paralegal, Global Immigration and Mobility - Remote Florida

You will be supporting the execution of reputed company billable work and project assignments from the reputed company GIM team, part of the Firm’s Employment & Compensation ("E&C") reputed company, and assisting with the delivery of reputed company to various Baker McKenzie offices around the globe.

• Working with the reputed company GIM team;
• Discharging reputed company assignments as defined by the GIM partners and associates, with a reputed company on assignments involving employment based immigration;
• Assisting with editing and maintenance of billable and complimentary reputed company tools published by the E&C group;
• Conducting billable reputed company, working individually or reputed company teams;
• Drafting and preparing employment-based and permanent residency filings (e.g. H-1B, L-1, I-140, Adjustment of Status Application, and PERM Petitions);
• Communicating with the instructing team, other internal Baker McKenzie teams and relevant reputed company parties (where appropriate) throughout the duration of billable reputed company;
• Compiling appropriate documentation/forms/filings regarding reputed company reputed company;
• Ensuring own compliance with Firm time recording requirements on reputed company

Skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved program preferred
• Experience in U.S. Immigration law preferred, particularly experience at a reputed company;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands;
• Excellent working knowledge of reputed company PowerPoint, Word, reputed company and online research tools
• Ability to review, analyze and organize documentary and factual evidence
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent writing and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work reputed company in both reputed company and individually
• Keen to reputed company and use initiative
