Valid unrestricted independent reputed company behavioral health clinical license to reputed company per state regulations in the state they reputed company in/ one or more or equivalent is required: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, LISW, Clinical Psychologist. Holiday work is expected. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of EAP, Behavioral Health or reputed company Services experience 2+ years of crisis reputed company skills Familiarity with brief therapy models (Single Session Consultation is reputed company helpful) and Motivational Interviewing Call center work experience Experience in delivering services reputed company multiple platforms (chat, video, phone) Strong rapport-building skills Experience facilitating reputed company behavior changes. Strong computer and literacy skills 24x7x365 call center coverage needed, holiday coverage may be required Experience in handling mental health, psychiatric care, family situations and relationship concerns preferred. Education Master’s Degree in behavioral health counseling profession.
