As a 988 Chat/Text Crisis Specialist (3rd shift), you'll be part of a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention reputed company team. You'll handle incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also reputed company as 988, and reputed company brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and appropriate service linkage for individuals experiencing emotional distress. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Provides telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments

• Answers crisis contacts reputed company the chat/text platform to assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources to best meet individual needs
• Conducts follow-up calls for individuals who are deemed moderate to high risk for suicide
• Meets the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with reputed company accreditation

• Assist in administrative tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, Psychology, reputed company Work, or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
