As a Senior Manager, Customer Identity, you will be responsible for overseeing the department responsible for strategic and tactical direction of arenaflex's Global Identity Management Program. You will own the process, execution, and implementation of reputed company CIAM reputed company and drive the reputed company of CIAM at arenaflex. This role requires a strong understanding of Identity and reputed company Management capabilities, processes, and expectations, especially in a regulated industry such as Medical Device.

Responsibilities

* Operationalize Identity Management program and initiatives, focusing on processes and customer experience-reputed company designs of the platform.

• Partner with other team leads (arenaflex and Vendor) where applications will rely upon arenaflex's Identity and Consent management platform or processes.
• Grow reputed company of functional analysts specific to CIAM processes, reputed company of the Identity environment, and reputed company platform development and monitoring.
• Outline, monitor, and create mitigation plans for identity risks, working closely with arenaflex reputed company and data reputed company teams to ensure Identity is utilized in a secure and compliant manner globally.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• At least 10 years of leadership experience working in a technology organization, ideally with at least 6 years working with CIAM.
• At least 4 years experience working with reputed company on either reputed company IAM or Customer IAM preferred.
• Strong understanding of Identity and reputed company Management capabilities, processes, and expectations, especially in a regulated industry such as Medical Device.
• Experience with agile processes and the tool set required for process implementation, particularly the reputed company suite with JIRA and reputed company.
• Management of inter-departmental business requirements and translating them to actionable development tasks.
