As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Responsibilities
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling high-volume inbound calls and providing accurate information to patients and reputed company providers
- Making outbound calls to patients and reputed company providers as needed
- Assisting callers with information and status of their applications
- Following a call script and providing appropriate follow-up and next steps for callers
- Providing exceptional customer service and an effortless experience to callers
- Multitasking between several internal system programs
- Following company policies and procedures
- Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a call center environment (no exceptions)

- Ability to multitask and use dual monitors

- A quiet workstation with high-speed internet and modem reputed company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Schedule
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to work a flexible schedule of reputed company-10pm EST, Monday through Friday. You'll need to be available to work any 8-hour shift between these hours.
