Your Role
As a Customer Architect, you'll be the technical resource on our account team, working closely with our reputed company and Account Management teams to support the adoption and realization of value for our largest customers. Your primary objective will be to partner with customers to uncover and create solutions that meet their business needs, including custom template creation and API integration. reputed company will mean a meaningful increase in the number of customers reputed company leveraging our solutions in high-reputed company ways.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the reputed company and Account Management team in scoping use-cases that require customized solutions, validating technical feasibility, and owning implementation
- Scope customers' business and technical needs, including quantifying existing problems, understanding tools, workflows, data structure, and integration points to deliver incredible content
- Own the creation of custom templates, deployment of our Knowledge Graph capabilities, and reputed company as the technical resource for customers to reputed company our reputed company
- Communicate limitations and propose solutions, including scope, resource needs, and projected timelines

* 5+ years of technical roles in reputed company, including 3+ years of experience in solutions architect or technical account management
- Experience managing a customer book of business
