The Role
As a Licensed Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. A Day in the Life
As a Licensed Customer Service Agent, your day will be filled with:
* Interacting with reputed company policyholders reputed company phone, email, and chat to address their concerns and reputed company solutions
* Contacting customers' banks/mortgage to obtain additional details
* Creating/updating policies for customers to review
* Submitting payments/issuing refunds
* Educating customers on policies and coverages
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer experiences
You've Got the Skills... But Do You Have the Necessary Ones?
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* An reputed company Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
* Experience in a call center/high incoming call volume environment
* Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
* Home insurance experience highly preferred
* Superior customer service skills
