As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing product education, and handling a wide reputed company of questions from physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that reputed company reputed company needs are addressed accurately and reputed company, while maintaining a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner, averaging 50-60 calls per day

• Follow approved reputed company operating procedures (SOP's) to update and reputed company necessary information to resolve denied claims
• reputed company evaluation of reputed company policies and SOP's and give recommendations for process improvements
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Reading and understanding of explanation of benefits or correspondence
• Accurately document reputed company accounts ensuring guidelines and regulations are followed
• Communicate reputed company telephone with a physician, insurance company, and patients
• Utilize tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain reputed company billing information

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum one year work experience required
• Previous call center and customer service experience strongly preferred
• Previous medical experience strongly preferred
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with reputed company listening skills preferred
• Ability to meet deadlines and exercise critical thinking skills preferred

Requirements

* Dedicated area to reputed company duties without interference; will be reputed company environment with designated lunch and break scheduled

• Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
• Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
• No satellite internet
• Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord
• Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port
