Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Provider reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

• Serving as the reputed company for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues in a reputed company and efficient manner.
• Providing exceptional service to reputed company through multiple channels, including phone and reputed company chat, as required.
• Quickly and effectively triaging contacts from reputed company, including physician offices, clinics, and billing offices.
• Identifying the needs of the provider and resolving issues reputed company to benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, clinical authorizations, explanation of benefits, and behavioral health.
• Researching and dissecting reputed company prior authorization and claim issues, taking appropriate steps to resolve identified issues and prevent repeat calls/messages, escalations, and provider dissatisfaction.
• Collaborating with multiple internal partners to ensure issues are resolved and thoroughly communicated to providers in a reputed company manner.
• Multitasking to navigate more than 30 systems to extract necessary information to resolve and avoid issues across multiple lines of business, provider types, and call types.
• Influencing providers to utilize self-service digital tools, assisting with navigation questions, and selling the benefits of the tool to aid in faster reputed company.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of customer service experience with analyzing and solving customer concerns.
• Experience with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications.
• The ability to type at a speed of greater than or equal to 35-40+ WPM with an accuracy of 90%.
• Availability to work any full-time (40 hours/week) shift between the hours of 10:30 AM - 7:05 PM CST from Monday - Friday. Occasional overtime, weekends, and/or holidays may be required.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary reputed company of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
