Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Providing top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues reputed company phone, email, or internet
• Conferencing with customers to reputed company information about products and services, and keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meeting customer satisfaction targets and performance goals, handling reputed company to large call volumes on a consistent reputed company

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Texas Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required at hire
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy environment or customer service center preferred

• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
