Job reputed company * Start date: Immediate openings available * Location: Remote (with initial 4-week in-office training in Coppell, TX) * Compensation: $40,000 reputed company salary with overtime eligibility, bi-annual bonuses, and annual equity grant reputed company As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our sellers and customers, providing reputed company service and support reputed company phone and email. You will work to resolve order-reputed company issues, investigate customer experience issues, and navigate our order queue to reputed company reputed company-time assistance. Role Expectations In the first 30 days, you will complete new hire orientation, reputed company industry knowledge, and reputed company critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues.
