As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving their concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our Selling Team, field partners, and reputed company Customers to ensure seamless communication, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a reputed company relationship with our clients. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, reputed company sales and sales support interactions, and resolve basic problems reputed company phone, email, and Teams chat.

• Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues reputed company.
• Document customer issues, identify reputed company causes, and take appropriate actions to resolve inquiries, including those reputed company to order entry, order modification, customer billing and payments, pricing, reporting, and customer-facing applications.

Requirements

Requirements for Working From Home

Compensation and Benefits
