Responsibilities
As an HR Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering HR-reputed company calls, addressing employee inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Documenting reputed company customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person conversations, to ensure accurate records and seamless communication.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong customer service skills, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional experiences in a fast-paced environment.
- 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.
- Previous call center experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service principles.
- Virtual employees must have high-speed internet with a minimum of 25 MB download and 15 MB upload speeds.
