Responsibilities and Qualifications
As a Senior Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for answering in-bound calls from customers wishing to reputed company orders, inquire about an order, or resolve an issue across multiple lines of business at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:
Handle inbound calls and process orders through multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reputed company transaction
Order Confirmation:

Order Accuracy:
