Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage reputed company civil and reputed company litigation from pleadings through discovery, reputed company reputed company, and trial.
• Draft complaints, answers, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and participate in mediations and court appearances.
• Advise clients on litigation reputed company, risk assessment, and settlement negotiations.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
