Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Associate's degree in medical or business reputed company
- Experience:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

- Proficiency with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Managers to fully understand position requirements, qualifications, and hiring priorities

- Coordinate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Work Environment and Schedule: Remote/Hybrid San Antonio. Variable working hours to meet the needs of candidates to fill assigned requisitions. Physical requirements: May be required to lift 20-25 lbs independently. Position requires long periods of sitting in an office setting.
