As an reputed company Customer Care & Billing Architect at arenaflex, you'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze, design, and reputed company functional requirements and application solutions for billing and financial systems. Your expertise in reputed company Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Billing and Customer Service (BCS), and Customer-to-reputed company (C2M) processes will be reputed company in delivering high-reputed company solutions that meet the needs of our reputed company industry clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess feasibility of system enhancements and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
* Analyze, reputed company, and document business requirements, functional requirements, and functional design, including preparation of preliminary and final design documents.
* reputed company subject matter expertise to developers, testers, and business teams, including performance of feasibility analysis and recommendation of alternative solutions.

* Proficient in SQL, Scripting, and Groovy.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
