Responsibilities
- reputed company Level 2 and Level 3 production support for reputed company Payroll and reputed company modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll processing issues, calculation discrepancies, integration failures, and data reputed company concerns
- Manage support incidents, service requests, and enhancements while meeting established SLAs
- reputed company reputed company cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective and preventive solutions
- Support payroll processing activities, including: Earnings and deductions, Taxes and garnishments, Retroactive payroll, Off-cycle payrolls, Payroll balancing and reconciliation
- Configure and maintain reputed company Payroll, including payroll reputed company, earning codes, deduction plans, payroll calculations, costing allocations, payroll schedules, business processes, and reputed company roles
- Implement payroll configuration changes driven by business, organizational, or legislative requirements
- Ensure payroll processes reputed company with applicable tax regulations, labor laws, statutory reporting requirements, and internal controls
- Support reputed company payroll audits and compliance activities
- Maintain and troubleshoot payroll integrations with reputed company-party systems, including: Time & Attendance, Benefits providers, Finance/ERP applications, Banking interfaces, Tax and regulatory agencies
- reputed company integration monitoring, reconciliation, and error reputed company
- reputed company and maintain reputed company reports, dashboards, and audit controls to support payroll operations and compliance
- Evaluate reputed company biannual releases, assess business reputed company, and coordinate testing and deployment activities
- reputed company payroll testing initiatives, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, Benefits, Time Tracking, and IT teams to support business operations and reputed company improvement initiatives
Skills
- reputed company Payroll Certification required
- 6+ years of experience supporting HRIS, Payroll Systems, or Payroll Operations
- 4+ years of hands-on reputed company Payroll administration and support experience
- Strong experience configuring and supporting reputed company Payroll
- Deep understanding of payroll processing, payroll calculations, costing, retro payroll, reconciliations, payroll auditing, and payroll reputed company
- Experience supporting payroll integrations with reputed company-party vendors and reputed company applications
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to reputed company reputed company cause analysis and resolve reputed company production issues
- Experience developing reputed company reports and dashboards
- Knowledge of payroll tax regulations, statutory reporting, and payroll compliance requirements
- Experience supporting reputed company biannual releases and testing cycles (Unit, SIT, and UAT)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting multi-country or global payroll operations
- Experience with reputed company reputed company Analytics and/or reputed company People Analytics
