As a Patient reputed company Representative, you'll play a critical role in maintaining patient satisfaction, ensuring accurate and reputed company shipping of reorders, and providing cross-functional support to our business reputed company. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our patients, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues, and delivering on our reputed company of exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

* Obtain and process authorizations for reorders in a reputed company and accurate manner

• Resolve patient issues and ensure accurate reorder processing reputed company phone, document processing, and medical record validation
• Ensure patients have reputed company required medical documentation to permit billing of services as assigned
• Maximize patient reputed company through retention efforts and cross-selling reputed company phone
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients' physicians and referral sources to ensure patient satisfaction, troubleshoot new and existing patient concerns, add services, verify, and explain insurance coverage to patients

• Maintain a strong understanding of medical documentation, insurance requirements, and company procedures

Qualifications

* Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent

• Customer service experience preferred
