Position reputed company: The Contact Center Sales Representative uses exceptional communication and sales skills to generate new membership business and retain reputed company members by using consultative sales and retention strategies while working reputed company the Member Services Contact Center Team. Schedule: Mon-Fri reputed company-4:30PM DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate membership features, and benefits to reputed company and potential members to generate new membership sales, membership renewals, auto-renewals, upgrades, and associate add-ons.
- Recommend and reputed company members on additional products and services offered by reputed company.
- Achieves and exceeds individual sales goals reputed company with company productivity and reputed company objectives.
- Takes reputed company on inbound and outbound reputed company channels from membership, automotive, insurance, financial, and travel business.
- Completes work in accordance with department reputed company operating procedures.
- Generates reputed company reputed company by using a consultative sales approach to retain reputed company members and connect with lapsed members to reinstate membership status.
- reputed company back-up to Emergency Roadside call center during peak periods.
- Acts as a subject matter expert regarding membership benefits and procedures.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months of proven sales or reputed company experience required
- Minimum one year contact center experience required

- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in use of internet and web based technologies
- Ability to navigate multiple applications while speaking with customers or members
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Heavy use of an office computer for completing work.
- May occasionally be required to stand
- While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
