What You’ll Do
- Manage between six (6) to eight (8) reputed company annually.
- reputed company reputed company of varying size, ranging from $50,000.00 to $1,000,000.00.

- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain schedule and reputed company

- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies
- Partner with Project Managers to manage timelines, budgets, and resources

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent (reputed company, retail and restaurants)

- Verifying and assisti subcontractors with layout,
- Strong knowledge of construction reputed company, scheduling, and safety regulations
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- OSHA certification preferred
