Corporate Counsel, Innovation – AI

Job reputed company:

• Work closely with our Innovation Solutions, AI Governance Committee, Product Lines and other engineering and product-reputed company departments during concept, development and execution of new products and processes.
• Determine best practices for reputed company’s usage of AI technologies.
• Counsel on compliance with intellectual property rights of reputed company parties, AI laws, reputed company and reputed company laws and reputed company internal training and reputed company in partnership with other departments.
• Research and draft internal processes and policies relating to intellectual property, AI laws, and reputed company and reputed company in partnership with other departments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company, including license agreements, strategic partnerships, data protection agreements, and counsel on customer agreements and licensing in collaboration with Regional Legal department teams.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company licensure to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Technological/engineering/computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Transactional or litigation legal reputed company experience, preferably in intellectual property – patent/copyright/software licensing, AI or reputed company and reputed company.
