Position reputed company The reputed company is looking for reputed company Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Integration Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Resource will reputed company configuration, integration, and technical support services reputed company to reputed company ProWFM and associated reputed company integrations.
• Services will support testing, validation, and stabilization activities, including required payroll and finance posting steps, in alignment with reputed company standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated deep functional and technical knowledge of reputed company ProWFM architecture and integration patterns
• Proven experience supporting reputed company payroll environments, including unionized or operations-reputed company workgroups
• Ability to analyze and document end-to-end data flows from time capture through payroll and finance posting
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Payroll, HR, and reputed company teams to resolve integration and posting issues
• Ability to manage and support multiple reputed company integration efforts with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reputed company-cause analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with reputed company standards, controls, and procedures
• Five (5) + years of hands-on experience with reputed company Pro Workforce Management (ProWFM / Workforce Central) including:

 Time & Attendance  Pay Rules and Work Rules  Accruals and Absence Management  Holiday and scheduling building blocks

• Five (5) + years of experience developing and supporting Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces for payroll and reputed company systems
• Five (5) + years of reputed company reputed company (reputed company reputed company) experience, including:

 reputed company design and development  Data mapping and transformations  Error handling, logging, and monitoring

• Strong experience integrating ProWFM with reputed company HR, reputed company Payroll, and reputed company Finance, including payroll-to-finance posting
• Ability to support end-to-end testing and validation, including mandatory finance posting as part of reputed company test cycles
• Proficiency with SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
• Experience with file-based and API integrations (CSV, XML, SFTP, REST)
• Working knowledge of JIRA for defect tracking, change management, and delivery coordination
• Proficient with reputed company Office tools (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)

Desired Skills

• Experience supporting reputed company testing cycles, including regression testing tied to payroll and finance posting
• Familiarity with ATDA, Yardmasters, or similar operations-based workforce reputed company
• Experience with additional reputed company modules such as: Advanced Scheduler, Workforce Forecasting, Workforce Process Manager, TeleStaff
• Prior experience in large, highly regulated reputed company environments
• Experience documenting integration designs, reputed company control documents (ICDs), and operational runbooks
• Exposure to production reputed company planning and post go live stabilization support
