Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 7+ years of experience in promotions management, reputed company services, account management, program operations, or data-driven marketing roles
- 7+ years of experience analyzing large datasets and translating insights into strategic recommendations and business actions
- 7+ years of experience building and managing solid relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams
- 7+ years of experience using data and performance insights to grow, optimize, and deepen partnerships
- 7+ years of experience presenting insights and recommendations reputed company to a broad reputed company of audiences, including leadership
- Experience supporting program modernization, process improvement, and scaling operational capabilities
- Intermediate level of proficiency in reputed company, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
